Aliso Viejo is a community nestled in the San Joaquin Hills of southern Orange County, CA. It’s one of the large master-planned communities in the region that was once part of the 26,000-acre Moulton Ranch. Years passed, and portions of the ranch were sold to various owners. It became Leisure World, Laguna Hills, and Laguna Niguel.
This community was built to house a population of 50,000. Today, it’s known for its balance between the projected resident workforce and the number of projected jobs within its borders.
On the west and southwest, Laguna Beach serves as its border. It has Laguna Hills on the east and, Laguna Niguel on the southeast. Laguna Woods borders it on the north.
